The lock actuators clearly work just aren t being given the correct signals.
I could just open and shut the driver door and sometimes they would work again.
From the sound of it you might need a body control module.
But all three would operate the other three doors.
Check that first and see if that doesn t solve your problem.
If the locks works from the passenger side but not the drivers side you can rule out any fuses or relays.
